Our company has been established in 2000 in Turkey, and deals with manufacturing and trading of easy bake muffin mixes, special purpose flours, bread and cake mixes. We also operate a flour mill in Bulgaria, and we employ about 40 people in both countries. Our daily packaging capacity is 7200 KG. Additionally, our bulgarian plant has a capacity of 10,000 mtons of wheat flour per day.
Mr. Bulent tellioglu, is the managing partner of the company. Previously, he assumed responsibilities in his family businesses between 1982-2000, in the fields of flour milling and sales, poultry business and animal feed. Since 1995, he runs several manufacturing and trading businesses in Bulgaria. He acted as the president of balikesir businessmen association between 1992-1994; member of the board of balikesir chamber of commerce and member of the general assembly of turkish association of chambers.
We have been in the milling business since 1982. We initially started with bagged wheat flour and considering the overwhelming demand for packaged products, we created our own uncuzade brand and supplied 1,2,4,10 and 20 KG kraft packs to the market.
In the evolving bakery industry, berbey food products industry and comerce ltd. Prefers to adopt a boutique approach to the business and convert wheat flour into special value-added products. The first example of our approach lead us to the production and marketing of the easy bake muffin mixes.
We initially launched easy bake muffin mixes for the time conscious consumers. These 350g packs come in 5 sweet varieties and 1 salty variety. Later on, based on the demand for industrial consumption, we created a 10 KG bag destined to pastries, hotels, catering companies, and school cafeterias.
Currently, we manufacture various wheat flour for puff pastry, for bread, for soups, bread mixes, dry blends for pastries, cake mixes for industrial users and for easy bake muffin mixes for retail markets. We created chocolate, coconut, vanilla, orange, banana and salty muffin mixes for the first time in Turkey which are available in major chain stores and other retail points of sales. We also export our products to Europe and the middle east.
